Our community rooms are professional spaces for local not-for-profit organizations to gather. With some of the latest technology available, they're the perfect space to hold meetings and come together to accomplish great work. The rooms are available from 9:00am to 9:00pm, 7 days a week, and are completely free to use. Complete the form below to request a reservation for your next meeting.

As our guest, community members will have the resources needed to host comfortable and productive meetings.
  • High-speed internet services provided through a convenient WiFi service.
  • HD displays with laptop- or tablet-compatible ports or WiFi connection.
  • Kitchenette with sink and counter space at select locations.

  • Flexible furniture that allows you to configure the room's layout to suit your needs.
  • Conference call capabilities are supported with provided microphones and speakers. 
  • Restrooms conveniently located on site for meeting guests use.

We recommend choosing a room based the location that is most convenient for your organization.  A few general rules we ask our guests to obey by include:

  • For safety and security reasons, our community rooms cannot be reserved for events that invite or advertise to the general public.
  • Parking signage must be obeyed.
  • No alcoholic beverages can be served or consumed anywhere on the property of Five Star Bank, including buildings, grounds, parking lots, and the community room itself.
  • A formal room agreement form will be provided at time meeting reservation is confirmed. 

Usage Request Form:

NOTE: Reservations are approved on a first come first serve basis. A non-secured date may be held for forty-eight (48) hours after the initial request is made. The Usage Agreement must be received within the forty-eight (48) hours to guarantee the date. No reservation is guaranteed or confirmed unless/until this Usage Agreement is signed and returned, and all other requirements set out herein have been met. By submitting this Application, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions listed in the Community Room Usage Agreement.
